Hello welcome to my
site (that's been here for more than 3 years now) that is about my Legolas. Legolas aka Orlando Bloom has the looks and
the talent and he brings it all out in The Lord of the Rings, as we all know is everyones absolute favourite trilogy!
It all started out
wih Gandalf riding through the lush green hills of The Shire in his carriage and Frodo running to him with excitement
and much happiness. It was Bilbo's birthday and was all beautiful with Gandalf's fireworks (the biggest one taken of
course by none other than Pippin and Merry lol) and the crowd. Bilbo's speech ended with his disappearance which as everyone
knows was caused by the Ring. Naturally, this worried Gandalf and a little while after Bilbo left for Rivendell went
in search of some answers. Much to his horror, when he came back to surprised Frodo, he found out that it was the
One Ring. With Nazgul fresh on their tracks, so began their journey. Well fast-forwarding now, the fellowship
was made in Rivendell consisting of of course LEGOLAS!! Aragorn, Gimli, Boromir (who fell later on as we all know),
Frodo, Sam, Pippin, Merry and last but definitely not least Gandalf.
The Two Towers was filled with many
surprises, Pippin and Merry with the Orcs - heading into Fangorn Forest meeting Gandalf, Theodren being controlled by
Saruman, Smeagol and Gollum plottings, and of course the Helm's Deep battle. Faramir was introduced here, I think
he was rather good.
Now to the third and final epic
journey, (I didn't go into all that much detail for the first and second ones just then because
you SHOULD ALL BE FAMILIAR WITH IT!! :D) this was fantastic. Treebeard taking control over Isengard,
Saruman being locked up, the Lord of the Nazgul being killed by Eowyn, Gandalf and Pippin saving Faramir
and all sorts of cool stunts, Aragorn going into the Path and retrieving all the dead cursed warriors,
Denethor going mad and trying to burn Faramir alive (he thought he was dead), the Shelob attacking Frodo, and
of course....Frodo and Sam destroying the Ring!! WoOoO But what was really annoying here was (a) the fact that Eowyn
killed the Lord of the Nazgul in like 6 moves, I mean, come on, the ordinary Nazgul were harder to kill than
that and (b) not nearly enough Legolas!!!!!!!!!! But when he was there, it was worth it, VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY much
worth it. Especially the elephant scene, that was funny, poor Gimli, he can nver beat
Legolas (of course) but you have to respect him for trying.
Yep, this was a massive packed ending to the best trilogy in the world, I loved it. I only put it in small detail
again coz I would go crazy and start writing like 10 whole pages about it hehe. And I don't think you would
want to read that much, unless you are an absolute fanatic like me :D!
